1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the website at 777cx-app.pk and to nothing else. 777cx-app.pk is an independent affiliate and information website about the 777cX game app. We are not the operator of that app, we do not run the platform behind it, and we have no access to any account you create inside it.

That distinction matters for privacy. Anything you do on this website is covered by this policy. Anything you do inside the 777cX app — registering, depositing, playing, requesting a withdrawal — is governed by the operator's own privacy policy and terms, which you should read separately before creating an account.

The same applies to the Telegram channels we link to. Those are operated on Telegram's platform under Telegram's privacy terms, and messages you send there are handled by the channel operators, not by us.

2. Information we collect

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, no database of visitors and no server-side form processing. The information involved is therefore limited to the following.

Standard technical information

Like effectively every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data as part of serving pages and maintaining security. This typically includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you requested, the time of the request, and the referring page if there was one. These records are generated automatically and are used for delivery, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

Information you choose to send

If you use the form on our contact page, it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled. Nothing is transmitted to us until you send that email yourself, and nothing is stored on this website at any point. Once you send it, we receive whatever you chose to include — typically a name, an email address and your message.

Aggregate usage measurement

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, in aggregate. This is described in section 6.

3. Information we do not collect

It is worth being explicit about the absences, because they are more informative than the list above.

If any page on this site ever asks you for a password, a one-time code or payment card details, it is not us. Close it and report it in the support channel.

4. How we use information

The limited information described above is used only for these purposes:

Delivering the website — serving pages, images and stylesheets to your browser
Security and integrity — identifying and mitigating abuse, scraping and attempted attacks
Diagnostics — investigating errors, broken links and pages that fail to load
Improvement — understanding in aggregate which guides are useful so we can expand them

5. Cookies and local storage

This website is built as plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no tracking framework. It does not set advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Any cookie or local storage entry that does exist falls into one of two narrow categories:

Preference — remembering a display choice you made, stored only on your device

You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Because we do not rely on them for functionality, the site will continue to work normally with cookies disabled. Third-party services you navigate to from here — including the affiliate destination and Telegram — set their own cookies under their own policies.

6. Analytics and measurement

To understand how the site is used we may operate an analytics tool that reports aggregate figures: page views, approximate country, referring source, and broad device category. Where we use such a tool we favour configurations that do not track individuals across sites and that anonymise or truncate IP addresses.

The purpose is editorial. If a guide is being read heavily we expand it; if a page is never found we reconsider how it is linked. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine analytics data with anything you send us by email.

Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or equivalent privacy setting, and many include built-in tracker blocking. We do not attempt to circumvent either.

7. Affiliate links and third parties

The download buttons on this site are affiliate links. When you tap one, you leave 777cx-app.pk and are taken to a destination operated by a third party. If you subsequently install the app or register an account, we may receive a commission from the operator at no additional cost to you. This is how the website is funded and we disclose it on our about page as well as here.

The affiliate network may record that a visit originated from this site, typically using a tracking parameter or cookie set at the destination. That processing takes place under the network's and the operator's policies, not ours. We do not receive your personal details through that mechanism — attribution data reaches us only in aggregate.

8. Telegram channels

We link to two Telegram destinations: a support channel at t.me/bbxxyyz and a news, promotions and community channel at t.me/yn_games. These are the only official channels we reference.

Telegram is a third-party platform. Joining a channel or sending a message is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy and by the practices of whoever administers that channel. Depending on your Telegram settings, your username and profile information may be visible to channel administrators and, in a group, to other members.

Never share your password, a one-time verification code or full payment details in any Telegram conversation, including with accounts that appear to be staff. Legitimate support will never ask for them.

9. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The limited data described in this policy may be handled by the following categories of party, strictly for the purposes already stated:

Hosting and infrastructure providers — who necessarily process request logs to serve the site
Analytics providers — where used, receiving aggregate usage data
Email providers — where you have emailed us, handling that message in transit and storage

We may also disclose information where we are required to by applicable law, by a lawful request from a competent authority, or where it is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of the site, its readers or the public.

10. Data retention

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited operational period, typically measured in weeks rather than years, after which they are rotated out. Aggregate analytics figures may be retained longer because they contain no identifying detail.

Emails you send us are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of correspondence, and are deleted after that unless there is a legal reason to keep them. You can ask us to delete an email exchange at any time.

11. Security measures

The site is served over HTTPS so that content cannot be read or altered in transit. Because it is a static site with no database, no user accounts and no payment processing, the surface area for a data breach is inherently small — there is very little held here to breach.

That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this website, please tell us through the contact page so it can be investigated.

12. Your choices and rights

Because we hold so little, exercising control is mostly straightforward:

Browsing privately — use your browser's private mode, block cookies, or use a tracker blocker; the site works normally either way
Access — ask what, if anything, we hold that relates to you
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information you have sent us
Deletion — ask us to delete correspondence you have sent us
Objection — ask us to stop processing where you believe we have no proper basis

Send any of these through the contact page selecting "Privacy or data request". We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity in relation to correspondence before acting on a request.

Requests concerning data held by the operator inside the 777cX app must be made to the operator directly — we cannot action them on your behalf.

13. Children and age restriction

This website and the app it describes are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not direct any content at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians who wish to restrict access to sites of this kind should consider device-level parental controls or filtering software.

14. External links

This site links to external destinations, including the affiliate download link and the two Telegram channels. Once you follow a link you are on a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

We select what we link to carefully and remove links that stop being appropriate, but we cannot control or take responsibility for the content, security or privacy practices of any external site. Please review their policies before providing personal information.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works, in the services we use, or in applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows when the current version took effect.

Material changes will be made prominent on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, so it is worth re-reading if that date has moved since your last visit.

Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests should go through the contact page, selecting "Privacy or data request".

For matters concerning the 777cX app itself — your account, a deposit, a withdrawal, or data the operator holds — contact the operator through the official Telegram support channel. We are not able to act on those on your behalf.
